Now I know why dorang pesan, 'Jangan rambang mate' bile shopping utk kawen ... Sebab memang makin gatal nak kawen ni, makin bnyk kehendak ... Aku tade la nak kawen sgt dah, tapi dah bole la start kumpul duit nak tambah budget future husband supaya dpt beli bende2 merepek yg di-idam2-kan ...

Dulu time tade bf/ade bf yg tade perasaan nak kawen, sgt determine - 'Saye seorang yg conservative, my wedding must be very traditional & follow adat ... Baju kurung for engagement & kurung moden for nikah ... It's a must to wear kebaya for reception' ... Poyo abes ...

Skali boipren ajak kawen, bole plak berangan nanti tunang nak pakai dress la ... Dr focused to diamonds, tibe2 gatal tgk blue sapphire pulak ... Nak xbox la, mac book pro la ... Mengade kan ??

I always have this intention nak bagi my future husband blue sapphire wedding ring ... Sebab tu every time aku jumpe mamat dah kawen pakai blue sapphire, aku t'lompat2 & compliment them the ring - 'It's a nice ring' (ayat standard aku) ...

Since excited tgk blue sapphire on sale kat Tomei Mesra Mall smalam, gigih la aku google about blue sapphire sehari dua ni ... Pastu t'google la skali blue sapphire for ladies kan ... Comel kot ??

Diamond Hunting: Part 1 & 1a

It's been a while since the last time I try a diamond ring ... A few days jek sebenar nye, heheh ... You know now how excited I am ... But these are some idea of what I found past few weeks ...

This is what I found in a jeweleries shop in Kuantan (well, this is the closest ... with white gold of course), it's in East Coast Mall ... Right in front of the Carefour counters ... Haih, it's been a while now ... That I forgot the characteristics ... I think it's around 0.5carat, good range of color (can't remember exactly) ... Clarity - vvsi ... Cool huh ?? At a price of rm 1x, xxx ...

I can give you the 2nd number, tapi mcm unfair pulak ... Kesian pulak kat org lain yg trying hard to get it kan ... Hahah, you have to go down & hunt it for yourself ... Or, you can just email me ... Heheh ...

I like the fact that it's rare for you to find this shape, & I think the price is reasonable ... Me ?? I'm not really interested in trying something rare, heheh ... I'm conservative, I'm more attracted to those more classic ... Heheh, poyo !!!

Tapi kalau org nak bagi why not kan ?? Heheh, but if only I have it pun ... I'll definitely find something else, sooner or later ...

Then later last week, we went to Tomei in Mahkota Parade ... Melaka, the SA offer us this 'triple excellent' diamond with 'ntah hape ntah die sebut' casing ... I never heard of the triple X before, but I guess it's just the 4c's thing ... They gave 1x to a single c that diamond represented ...

For instant, the one the marked 1x - came in G color ... Somehow it's around 0.5carat, with clarity of vsi ... It's the characteristic of the diamonds, simplified in term of excellent ... For the ease of understanding, for those who don't speak diamond language ... Heheh ...

There's a few good one as well down there, she event mentioned about the special cert ... Hahah, actually don't really get her ... Have to sit down & focus to learn more on what she's trying to explain ...

I went crazy in diamonds back few weeks. A friend lemme try her 75k Hearts on Fire, it's super hot!! It got us (me & bf) into the rush in diamond hunting. If you've been browsing through wedding blogs lately, you'll find a few advice on choosing a diamond ring.

One famous advice is not to get those with small stones, because the probability of loosing that small2 pieces (since there's a lot of it) is quite high. In cost-wise advice?? Normally (<--- my personal opinion), the one with small diamonds arrangement are cheaper than the fine cut. (3-7k, depending on design)

Because?? They don't really have dozens of fine cut diamonds (certificate diamond) for that kind of arrangements, except if you request for a custom made. You should expect a custom made price then.

Diamonds can come in varies shapes from different types of squares (as I see it square from the 1st time), rounds etc.

Then you have to consider a few things before making your choice which is the color, clarity. & carat of course. Carats measures the size of the diamond, for Asian they normally advice to go for smaller carats as it suits best with our small little fingers.

I'm not going deeper into color & clarity as I already mentioned it in my other post.

Another good advice on diamond rings is to choose 4prongs instead of 6 to make the diamond pop ups/ look bigger beside choosing higher setting (ring design).

Mood untuk minggu ini: Diamond

I made new friends this weekend, but not diamond of course ... Can't afford one, yet ... But it bring me to a new rush - Diamond hunting ... Better called search actually, but hunting more dramatic ... Hehehheheheheheh ...

I'm not asking for 1carat (wink2), but the rush will take you to the next level ... Earlier I read about this 4c thing on another blog, but now I realized how little I knew about diamond ... Now that we (cehhh, bf lagi excited ??), learnt something2 ... Hahah, the aim got slightly (slightly la sangat !!!) higher ...

Hearts on Fire (Habib Jewels), Estrella (Diamond & Platinum) ... Are the name for the fine cut diamonds, for color & clarity ... Please, do !!! Buat research on your own, because it's exciting !!! Oh no, please don't turn on the bridezilla's mood yet !!!

(Updated) The color of diamonds will reflect on the light projecting out of the piece, low quality color will result in yellowish color ... While higher quality of the color will project rainbow colors ... My friends hof ?? Dominated by red within other colors (die !!!) ...

While the diamond clarity, it helps the light flows in & out ... Perfectly cut will allow more lights to pass through as the surface is smooth/even to receive/reflect the lights ... Heheh ...

Better stop dreaming now, sebab kene start real dream now ... Hahah, esok keje !!! Anyway, I'm not going to ask for a 2carat, or the finest you can find in the country ... Or sampai nak kene pegi obersea ?? No2, bf sile chill yeaaa ... Xkire la, how much the drive is ...

But if it's good enuf to be passed on to the next generation pun, I'll be thankful dah ... Even if my brothers nak pinjam for engagement pun ... I don't mind (ye ke ??) ... Yahhh, but not the wedding ring !!! Heheh ...

Diamonds are forever, yeah ... D3mn true !!! But wif consideration under a steady mind, kene ambik kire poket bf jugak ... Haih, all the advice mcm fake ... Sebab my bf memang sgt excited skarang ...

He's lucky to have me, yes ...

& I'm lucky too that he's willing to spent for me, but diamond ring is not the only thing when it come into marriage ... There's a lot of other things that you have to count in ... Quoted from M, 'Rey, you worth more than the 4k diamond ring' ...

I'm still in the stage of consideration, it's too early to decide ... About the diamond ring, marriage ... About everything ... It's too early to get excited ... We'll see how the story goes ...
