Kronologi Lunch, Dinner Bawak ke Sahur di Taja Oleh Mumbay Tekstil

Seperti yang anda semua sedia maklum, #teamkawenmakesah telah pun menamatkan misi berkampung di Jakarta selama 5hari 4malam pada tarikh 09-Jun-2017 hingga 13-Jun-2017. Tapi boss lebey duk extra sehari, tajaan sepenuhnya oleh Air Asia yg gagal menyediakan penerbangan pulang ke tanah air malam 13-Jun-2017 tersebut. So Makesah extend sehari sampai 14hb, Air Asia bagi hotel free ☺. Yang tu nanti kite cerite.

So sepanjang 5hari di Kota Jakarta, berikut adalah senarai2 persiapan perkahwinan yang sempat di cover oleh #teamkawenmakesah dalam tempoh tersebut:

    e. Pelamin (Tunang)
2. Kad Kawen
3. Baju Tunang (naseb je ni)

So Makesah sembang kisah sehari well spent di Pasar Mayestik saje dlm post kali ini. Memandangkan memang satu hari tu #teamkawenmakesah duk kat Mumbay Tekstil dr bukak kul 11 pagi sampai kul 4 ptg. Item 2 Makesah akan buat separate post utk review vendor kad kawen from Pasar Tebet, baju tunang tu kalau rajin hakak review la. Kalau tak sorry, tak dayo. Haha

Sementare tunggu Kerol nak tukar baju lah, Makesah nak iron tudung lah. So quarter passed 10 baru lah kluar and naik blue bird from Thamrin City to Pasar Mayestik. Accomodation kat Thamrin City juga adalah awesome, nanti ade mase hakak share. So approximately almost 11 mcm tu, sampai sane trus tuju Sanggar Tekstil sebab perasan mcm last year shopping bnyk plastik Sanggar. Tapi sebab susun atur mcm terlampau pack, susah nak tgk, lampu pun mcm tak berapa nak hado. So hakak terus lah, "Makasih yaaa, nanti kembali". Terus berlalu menuju ke Mumbay Tekstil tanpa berfikir panjang.

Bare with me, I have no intention of keeping my post simple. Haha. Kalau bole hakak nak korang dapat feel tu, turun naik level 2, level 1. Pegi ground floor, naik tingkat 2 balik. Turun bawah carik pak Bhim, naik atas balik. Dah turun kat ground floor, pastu pak Bhim paksa gi makan kat level 1 and so on. Hihi

As I walked into the 3 storey shop, Pak Bhim mcm dah bole smell bau bridezilla dalam diri Makesah. Trus assist the sales girl, mase tu baru start tgk2 lace kat bawah. Ingat nak sponser Prada lace utk bride's maids, apakan daya hajat tak sampai. Prada lace dekat Jakarta pun, mahal !!! They showed me a few kind of lace, since I have 2 kinds to look for. One for the ladies of bride's family, and another colour for the bride's maids.

Bride's maid tu memang ade clear idea la, nak beli ape. Tapi utk mak Makesah tu adalah tricky. Have you met the women who single handily created raised Makesah ?? Haha. No need details, but she's kind of opinionated ☺. Ni tak bole, tu tak lawa. Yang ni better, yg tu berkilat sangat. Haha. So all the fancy2 new design such ah reranting lah, debunga lah, mendaun ke adalah out of the picture. Something decent, but not understated. Kau rase ??

Since mcm dead end kat ground level sebab lace mahal2, so kami terus ke level 2 utk sambung lace hunting. Dorang tak panggil lace, die panggil brokat. So you name it, semi Perancis. Japang. By panel, by meter. Ikut la, budget anda. So di sini lah Makesah terpaksa tukar color palette for reception kerana warna asal adalah almost impossible to comply with. Reason been, nak carik tone blueish/purplish grey utk 3 material yg berbeza adalah kerja gila. Don't go out of your mind ckp, 'xpe, nanti lining bole carik kedai lain. Beli lace dgn tulle dulu'. Itu adalah cubaan bunuh diri. Last2 kau akan end up beli whole new tone dekat kedai lain.

Tips 1: My advice, be flexible. Jgn stuck to one idea. Especially those with difficult to find shades of color mcm mustard, hot pink, olive green, dusty purple and so on. Kalau design kain plain je, cavalli ke cotton then it's fine. But if u wanna match them with lace ke, chiffon ke. It's pretty much imposible, maybe ?? Kalau kau ade duit bole spend 5k beli lace memahal utk family/bride's maid, why not ?? Ade je yg memahal tu to match your unique colour palette.

Tips 2: Adalah sangat mudah utk plan/budget anda berubah berdasarkan komen penjual kain, penjahit baju. Tukang teman gi tempah baju, kazen seblah mak. Ni cerita small scale people who was informed about you getting married, just family and really close friends. Belum masuk former best friends, gepren exboipren dan sebagainya. I'm telling you, one word from people you admire the most can change your plan in 2 seconds.
Contoh: Memang Makesah dah excited level Yahudi about shopping kat Jakarta, dah allocate 1million per meter for the wedding dress. Tetibe designer ckp, "You biar I beli la". Lepas tu kau pun terus diam. Kau akan ambik mase dlm 2menet utk fight your self-denial, lepas tu baru kau bole move on and agree kau bayar designer tu mahal2 biar je lah die beli kain bagai lagi senang keje die & kau juga.
Since reception dress tak ada dlm program perkampungan Jakarta, dekat situ dah save 5mil. Sila lah convert sendiri, tak kuase hakak nak reveal budget baju kawen hakak yg sekian sekian.

That was the first part - the level 2, full of lace. Perancis, Japang bla bla bla I mean. Tips tak ada kene mengena dgn kronologi ini. Just nak insert my opinion while it's relevant. So since the blueish/purplish grey is difficult to find, sebab lace xde kaler tu. Tulle pun mcm tak berapa nak hado. So we start with new colour, try match dgn lining. Then pilih tone lining yg mengancam, then baru your sales assistant akan start potong. Bila dah potong ni, meaning dah final. Bukak bill, then sila lah bayar.

Tips 3: Senaraikan nama segala bride's maids, family member anda. Lepas tu indicate sorang2 nak pakai brape meter. Ade yg cukup 3.5 je, ade yg nak pakai sampai 4.5m. Mcm lace, nak jimat nyer pasal. Bride's maids yg masih single tu hakak bagi 1.5m je, mak2 org hakak bagi 2m kalau tak nanti laki dorang hempuk hakak pakai selipar nengok bini dorang pakai baju kurung moden singkat.
Kate lah bride's maid hakak ade 13, so by logik lining 13x4=52 & lace 13x2=26. Since mostly kain kat sane bnyk lerang 60, 3.5m dah cukup utk normal size Asian so instead just pay utk 46m lining & 21m lace. Paham ?? Kalau lace tu 75,000 rp. pun, kau dah bole save 375,000 rp. Over RM 100 dah, bole gi makan kepiting. Sapo nak bagi ??

Tips 4: Get the agreed price before dorang potong, sebab from the point potong-pack-bil there's no room for negotiation anymore. Kalau korang nak mintak kurang lagi pun, kene bargain on next material/deal. Let say kau rase kau beli bnyk dah ni, 50m. Xkan xbole kurang lagi. Jawapan nya memang tak. After 5mins baru kau nak perasan 100rb tu mahal, convert balik lebih kurang RM 30 gak satu meter. So mase kau beli cotton lagi 24m tu kau tawar lah lagi kaw2 sampai kau rase baloi utk kaver lost previous deal.

Lepas settle bride's maids, Makesah tinggal je minah tu kat level 2 bertungkus lumus potong kain. Lepas tu terjah level 1 sebab memang aim nak beli cotton for gent for both bride's & groom's family. Mase ni Pak Bhim kat level 2 lagi, sebab assist the sales girl. Since mase memilih tu memang ada lah stock kat situ. Tapi bila dah total jadik 46m tu, Pak Bhim kene lah call stor lah, call other branch bagi code semua check ade stock ke tak.

Bila kau jalan sesorang pegi different level, SA lain xkan layan kau. Sebab customer die pun ade je naik atas tadi, tengok2 lace. Who doesn't pegi pegang2 lace bila pegi kedai kain kan ?? So die dah nampak kau dgn Pak Bhim and the girl yg tgh potong kain tu. So die xkan sailang, SA lain akan entertain customer lain, die tak kan layan kau & suruh kau tunggu Pak Bhim.

So jalan2 kat level 1 on first round was useless, kene naik atas balik panggil Pak Bhim. Baru die turun level 1 explain cotton tu kaler lain ade tapi kene ambik kat stor. Referring to the colour cart je, terus agree utk gents side lelaki. Kalau bole nak cotton jugak utk gents side hakak, tapi mcm tak menarik sgt. So ambik cavalli utk all my family members (ladies dgn gents). Same thing I did for the bride's maids, Makesah applied utk family both sides - list kan bape meter nak potong2 bagi kat SA. Tu pun terlupa, kak ngah my future husband baru pregnant. So by the time reception dah 6-7 bulan, sure need extra.

Settle baju family my side, baru turun ground floor again. Ingat nak beli prada lace for my family, this time failed attempt jugak sebab kaler tak masuk. At this point, Pak Bhim je yg follow me. Sebab the SA tak sempat2 potong kain. Dr GF, naik balik pegi tgk semi French kat level 2. Korean/Japanese lace memang cheaper, tapi design xbole lawan French lace. French lace adelah lebih exclusive dan lembut. Since the most reasonable choice for my family was lace by panel, so dorang just pull out and pack.

Then boipren Makesah call, previously mase pilih material for my family. I tried to call him, tapi tak angkat. Sebab cotton dgn cavalli for ladies tu colour in different shades, tapi still in one tone. Tak paham kan ?? Haha. Senang citer baju laki gelap sikit, the ladies in lighter shades. So berlarian lah Makesah dr level 2 turun level 1 balik, semangat nak tunjuk kat boipren. Ok ke tak kalau camtu. Being a man, you know the answer most probably I will get - "bole je".

Don't need to get over dramatic, kind of expected pun. He will answer exactly as it is, but it gives some kind of secure. Relief. To hear that from him. So this next step is important, to me it is. So Makesah collect balik all the papers I wrote and passed dekat SA tu, so I can track back berapa bnyk kain dah potong. Should I remind you, whatever you agreed for them to cut you have to pay.

So I listed down, for bride's maids. Types of material, dgn harga. Then you will know how much you have spent. So lepas kira lace harga sekian, cavalli harga sekian. Cotton sekian ribu, total berapa. So I know how much I had left to spend, baru Makesah agreed pilih kain utk baju nikah. Automatically you can control your budget. So kalau dah tau budget tinggal 1juta, carik la lace dlm range 200rb. Lining lagi, lining plak nak kene matching dgn baju melayu. Nak full lace ke, half lace ke. Plan awal2. Mcm hakak, baju nikah/reception ade option nak hantar kat designer. That's why kain baju nikah jatuh last priority. Settle bride's maids dgn family dulu.

Tips 5: Beads in Indonesia is call payed. So nak carik within budget senang, bagitau je 'tanak payed'

Tips 6: Know your needs, prioritised what's important first. Mcm material utk baju nikah, and baju adik beradik dulu. Abang ipar ke, bakal adik ipar ke. Kalau tak cukup budget bole suruh dorang beli lain utk matching kan laki/bini dorang. Mcm hakak, kire adik-beradik/spouse dulu. Pastu baru consider anak2 buah. Naseb baik bakal anak buah kecik2 lagi.

We're only half way thru, haha. Lupe plak nak bagitau, lepas pilih kain bride's maids. The point when Makesah start pilih material for both sides' family, Makesah dah dismissed team bagi dorang free and easy super long lunch break. Sampai dorang dah bosan tak tahu nak buat ape, patah balik pegi Mumbay Tekstil pun Makesah tak siap2 lagi.

Disebabkan oleh perbezaan waktu (walaupun sebenarnya lebih kurang je) antara Jakarta & Johor Bahru, Makesah tak puase. :D Awal2 masa sampai tu memang pak Bhim suh bagi teh botol siap2. Mase pilih kain utk family tu die dah order kan lunch dah pun. Sebab #teamkawenmakesah tgh jejalan mase dorang ambik order lunch, so dorang nyer makanan lambat sikit. Tu yg xhabis makan, tapau bawak balik bole buat sahur. Hehe

Ok, so kain baju nikah ni Makesah rase baik hati plak hari ni nak share details. Hehe. Latest design memang ade yg sampai 1mil per meter. Lace 2017, you know. 3d, bunga timbul. Sequin, you do the research. Yg 600k pun dah lawa dah actually. Tepuk dada, tanya selera. Sebab hakak ni old pesen sikit, so yg terkenan di hati Makesah tu agak so 2000 late design nya. So it cost 450rb per meter. 450x5 adalah 2.25mil. Kan hakak dah ajar suh cap budget tadi kan ?? So budget adalah 2mil saja, walaupun bole je bayor 250rb tu. Tapi, negotiate. Ini harga lace sahaja, tak masuk lining.

Lining hakak another 80rb per meter, lining agak tebal sebab sekali utk baju melayu boipren I. Memang puas hati, sebab that kind of material hakak penah beli kat Jakel for RM68 per meter. Ni sebab nak kaler ivory punyer pasal. Ade je cheaper lining, ranging 30rb to 45rb. Tapi xdo kaler hakak nak. Haha.

FYI, bridal lace kat ground floor & naik balik level 2 carik lining.

Masa hakak full on bridezilla mood gigih pilih lining baju nikah ni lah pak Bhim paksa makan. So die biarkan lah kami menjamu selera kat level 1, tempat display border lace. Haha, we spend our own sweet time enjoying our lunch. Mase ni lah baru ingat nak reply whatsapp, update gambar pada pihak2 yg terlibat dan sebagainya.

My SA masih lagi sebok potong kain while we're having lunch. Sebab those baru sampai dr store then only she can cut and pack. About half an hour to 40 mins like that she came and check on us, tanya bil nak buat satu je ke nak separate. Even tho satu bil, die tak muat so tetap jadik 2 helai. Tak masuk satu lagi invois sebab Monday baru bole ambik stock kat outlet lain.

Sebab kan satin yg kene tunggu monday tu, so pak Bhim promised to send the materials to my room. So ape lagi, tinggal lah segala material kat kedai sampai Monday. Hiks. BTW, they delivered at zero cost. Yay to me, haha.

So paham tak ape yg cuba hakak sampaikan di sini ?? Haha. Kalau setakat beli kain baju nikah 1.2juta, baju bride's maid 3 pasang. Tu pun satin paling murah, jangan la buat naya kat SA/pak Bhim mintak mcm2. I have this super special treatment sebab the amount I spent. Be rational, beli 3 pasang. Nego mcm nak giler, pastu mintak free gift. Memang mintak kene sumpah k, please jangan buat pangai gitu.

Tips 7: Last but not least, hakak baik hati plak nak share harga pembelian by meter (reasonable pada sekitar June 2017):

Bride's Maid

Satin - 17k per meter

Tulle - 10k per meter

Semi Perancis/Prada - 100k per meter

Bride's Family (Ladies)

Cavalli - 28k per meter

Perancis (Panel - 2.5m) - 280k per panel

Bride's Family (Gents)

Cavalli - 28k per meter

Groom's Family (Ladies)

Cavalli - 28k per meter

Lace (Tanah Abang) - 100k per meter

Groom's Family (Gents)

Cotton - 38k per meter

Ingin hakak ingatkan sekali lagi, ini adalah price hakak utk sekian bnyk nyer org hakak beli kan kain. Over 200 meters of mixed material, last year pun hakak tak dapat harga cotton mcm tu. Last year hakak beli 2-3 org punya baju cotton was 50-60rb per meter. 

Tips 8: Orang tua2 selalu cakap, ukur baju di badan sendiri. Yg ni memang 100% betul, sebab yang kawen tu adalah kau dan bukan lah mak kau mahupun kawan sekolah mereka. Tak penah lagi la org ckp, ukur lebar mahupun tebal poket bawah baju melayu abah kau. Org bole ckp, beli lah chiffon. Cantik kain die, berat. Beza 10rb je, tapi beza 10rb tu bila dah 30 meter dah 100 ringgit okay. Tu baru satu material, lining lagi. Buat nyer kau budget2 20k, tapi kaler takde. Yg ade kaler cavalli je, pastu SA bagi kau price 30k tak nak turun dah. 

Hakak agree ambik lace bride's maids sampai 100k tu pun sebab total jadik still within budget. Originally allocate 50k je semeter utk lace bride's maids, 20k per meter for chiffon & 30k per meter for cavalli. Tulle to replace chiffon tu end up same amount 40k, instead of cavalli hakak ambik satin. So for 3.5 meter just cost 59.5k instead of 112k for 4 meter cavalli.

Yg paling penting skali ialah utk well planned your trip. Ketahui limit budget anda, jangan sampai gi Jakarta tapi memeruk duk dlm bilik makan pop mee sebab nak makan soto ayam pun budget tak cukup. Lepas tu kalau setakat nak beli 10 pasang tu, agak tak berbaloi nak gi Jakarta semata2. Or else, you can arrange a day trip kalau nak jimat. Subuh2 naik flight, landing je lincah gi Pasar Mayestik. Malam ambik flight balik. Total damaged 1k include flight ticket, dapat material much better than package rm1200 kat Jakel.

And last but not least, kene consider total luggage weight utk bawak balik barangan anda. Kalau tak nanti nangis lah dik, kotak kene tinggal kat Jakarta sebab dah tak bole nak check in. Hari tu hakak nyer kotak 20 kilo nyaris2 ditinggalkan begitu saje kat airport. Naseb critical thinking skill masih berfungsi dengan baik di saat terkejar2 buka puasa & boarding around 8 pm. Last2 tak jadik terbang, haha. Yang tu lain kali lah hakak cerita, masa sangat mencemburui ni.

My Jr. High School Best Friend's Wedding

Panjang nyer title post kau noxxx ... Gedik lebey kan, since t'kene badi wedding planner melatah/menyumpah depan aku smalam ... ;p ... Dalam kemalasan & mood berehat2 hujung minggu xhabes lagi, t'pakse update jugak ... Supaye cerita tak basi, heh ... Alasan2 ...

The Wedding Planner ...

It's a really beautiful wedding, worth to share it here ... With a lot of details that I loved ... I don't even know where to start ?? Heheh, ok ... Budget skema jap, lets go down the history ... ;p

I drove 90minutes to reach Sagil, Tangkak ... Sampai2 Tangkak, all the memories burst in ... I spent my junior high school here ... Lalu my school SMK Tun Mamat yg dah brape kali renovate tu ... The whole canteen is air-conditioned tau ?? Hahah, I don't even know if it's still the canteen ...

This is how I met my best friend Fiza ... We went to school together, sit next to each other ... Sebab aku asyik mengamuk sitting at the most front + left of the class ... Sebab silau + panas = aku tido all the time at that spot ... So with her, we sat at the most back + right of the class ... Dekat dgn pintu, full of distractions ...  Asal org pass by jek, confirm aku usha ... Hehehehheheh ...

That was form 2 ... If I'm not mistaken, during form 3 we still seat next to each other jugak ... But for sure, aku suke2 transform myself from budak hostel & MENETAP kat rumah Fiza ... Heheh ... The thing I missed the most ?? Naik bas pukul 6stengah pagi from Sagil, reached school before the sun rise ... :D ... Owh, & the sambal tempe + kicap yg sgt sedap ... Sampai skarang I can't figure out, how the tempe are still crispy even with the sambal kicap ...

Ok, too much of it oredy ... Upon my arrival, they're reading the taklik ... I think it's only practiced in Melaka & Johor ... Where the bride, will have to read a few lines to the mum ... Mintak halal kan makan minum, & ampun kan segale kekurangan sepanjang tempoh tanggungjawap itu terletak di atas bahu ibunda ... Sumpah syahdu, memang xsanggup nak dgr (kalau aku la) ...

The solemnization habis around 11am, then the guest bole makan ... Yay (untuk aku yg kebulur xbreakfast dr Bangi), hahah ... After the short break, she went for short photograph session before she changed into her sanding outfit ...

Makan2, my 1st round right after nikah ...

I really love her wedding flow ... By the time the groom arrived, the have some silat & zapin performance ... Then dorang terus went for makan beradap, lepas makan potong kek ... Then baru tepung tawar ... Sounds awkward kan ?? But it was just fine, sebab - org xlapar tunggu pengantin lame2 ... Lepas tepung tawar, everybody was happy to leave without missing a thing ...

I love it the moment I walked in, it's just like a warm wedding festival ... The VIP section under a huge tent on the left, & the buffet section on the right ... Pelamin utk sanding, cake cutting & meja beradap ... Sumer under that huge tent ... Siap ade platform ok ?? Exactly what I wish for my wedding (kalau aku ade laman rumah sebesar itu, ;p) ...

This is the thing I've been rambling about - lurve 18juta x ...

The buffet section was serve mcm biase la, but families & close friends are free to eat at the VIP tables since they will top up the food & change the plates ... That how I manage to ate twice, ;p ... Hahah ... They only set up the tables utk family belah lelaki by noon, so xde kecoh2 nak sound2 org xbagi duduk sane ... Cool wehhh !!! Heheh ...

Aku penyanyi Ghazal kat skolah Tun Mamat dulu (cehhh, poyo) ... So I always love Ghazal, cair trus when they sing Siti Payung - the 1st ever song I learnt to sing mase kat skolah dulu ... Sgt sedap, as I said - I ate twice !!! Heh ... Fried boneless chicken was a bit dry, but dalca kambing was the best ... There's kurma daging, & rojak jambu ... + fried so'un with tempe + kentang ... Hahah, of course I always love the food there ... Keeps the old memories alive ...

Make - Up - Sentuhan Aziecun

The same make-up artist for both solemnization & reception ... Make-up mase nikah was just nice, mase sanding baru she add up another layer of eye lashes & the layer on the bottom ... She just do some touch up by 12pm, by 2pm both bride & groom are ready ... She worked professionally in time, & she's damn cool & friendly ... Her touch are fabulous, dr pagi sampai ptg it stays fresh ...

She just did some touch up for the reception ... Change the eye shadow's shade, & tambah eye lashes ... I only have pictures during solemnization, by noon my phone dah mati ... Gambar reception satu pun tade, ;( ...

Door gifts yg mencurah2, non-stopped food serving ... Too bad I can't stay longer, sebab nak balik (padahal panas bontot sebab blackBerry xde battery, putus nyawe noxxx !!!) ... I left around 4pm, babe I really wish I can stay longer ... Kalau aku bawak charger, confirm aku melepak sampai mlm ... Sorry ...

Sgt xde keje, tgh duduk2 kat rumah dgn harapan ade org akan call ajak kluar la ... Walaupun my 2nd Call Open House still in progress ... Hahah, budget la kan ade org nak ajak kluar ... Heheh ... Anyway, sementara duduk2 xde keje ni ... Baik update sblm basi kan, heh ...

So, departed late dr rumah tadi ... Sebab pegi ambik adik cherry from airport pagi tadi, & bz pick up lemang for my mum from Rembau ... 2.30pm baru jln kot, padahal event 10.30am - 3pm ... Risau giler xsempat tadi, siap sesat carik dewan ... Ngam2 3pm baru sampai ...

So, 1st we saw thing when we arrived ... The cute registration table ... I'm not really a fan of registration table/photo both ... Tapi adik cherry sgt suke, siap suruh kakak cherry snap a picture of it ... Heh, suke bagi alasan ... ;p

Bnyk lagi bende that I like about her wedding actually, the over all combination for the hall deco was beautifully done ... Simple, but everything just right in place ... What I love the most, the drinks serve in chillers ... Hahah, simple detail jek ... Tapi aku suke, heheh ... It feels exclusive, & neat ... Compared to the regular water dispenser ... 

Owh, ade lagi a thing that I adore the most ... She the most chilled bride I ever met !!! Hahah, sgt calm & everything just flow nicely ...

Borneo Trip Round 2: Bundle Updates Part II

Obviously I'm freaking busy last week ... Xsempat nak hapdet ape2, since day 1 of arrival ... Sampai yesterday, imagine xde langsung mase nak pegi window shopping ?? Actually semalam sempat kalau nak pegi, but I got a bad fever ... Xlarat nak buat pape ... So here's some updates on my whole week vacation ...

Upon Arrival -

My brother picked me up at the airport, & Yana Guring was there as well menyambut Kakak Cherry kesayangan die ... Glad that everybody's happy with the cupcakes ... The bride dah tido when I arrived, kesian ... Sehari sblm nikah baru dapat cuti ...

Day 1 -

My duty as bride's maid started already ... Drove the bride's mum to Putatan, kene beli bunga telur ... Sebab in early plan, bunga telur not included ... But as adviced by org2 sekeliling, it's better to have them for mlm b'inai ... Other gifts is already done, just the bunga telur was done last minute ...

Went jalan2 in 1Borneo, carik baju for Danish ... Baru tau, susah rupe nyer carik formal wear for baby boy ... Cute dresses for girls memang bnyk, hahah ... Dah excited window shopping for baby dresses ?? Sabar2 ... Hahah ...

Later that night we have a little dinner with close friends & family ... It was fun, & nothing's dirty involved ... We just enjoy ourselves - show off talents + kutuk Wani yang over excited ... Heheh ...

Day 2 -

We slept all day, me & adik cherry ... Hahahhahahahah, bgn jap ... Makan, pastu tidor balik ... Bgn pukul 6ptg, makan ... Tengok tv, tolong balut bunga telur jap ... Pastu pukul 12 dah tido balik ... Heheh ... Owh, the bridal started installing pelamin rumah that afternoon ... By midnight, the pelamin is done ...

Day 3 (Hari Nikah) -

Woke up early around 9am, stayed home the whole day ... Last minute inai for the bride & bride's maid (yg over) ... Hahah ... Pengantin dah pakai basic inai the night before, we (me & kakak ipar bride) went down & dirty on the henna design ... Fully utilizing the sticker bought from kedai India, & it turned out just fine ...

Then the event start around 8pm, beautiful ... Beautiful, beautiful ... Malas nak tulis panjang2 ... Just enjoy the pictures ...

We went directly to Palace Suite after nikah, walaupun penat ... Tapi sebab over excited, xbole tido ... Went out for supper & bumped into saingan (hahah, fakta xpenting langsung) ... Then went back to the room, iron my dress for the next day ... Pukul 4 baru bole tido ...

Day 4 (Reception) -

Woke up around 9am, we went for breakfast downstairs ... Then rushed for make up for the reception ... Make up done around 1pm, later I'll elaborate more on the details ... Supaye korang don't have to go thru my novel long killing words, hahah ... More pictures ...

We spend the night at the suite again that night, & I manage to lepak2 with the girls ... Itu jek la the only time I manage to go out with the girls, now I know how tiring it is being the MOH ... Heheh ...

Day 5 -

Woke up, eat breakfast ... Tu pun mcm xbrape nak makan, sebab dah rase badan xsedap ... Then lepas mandi, I'm totally wasted ... Sampai rumah je, trus get the meds ... & tido sampai ptg, feel a little bit well ... Went out makan roti bakar & beli yoyo, then dah rase xsedap badan balik ... By 9.30pm, we're already home ... It's a boring day, & tiring ... That's it, heh ...

Day 6 - 

My flight was at 6.50am in the morning, hahah ... Now I'm stuck at home in Bangi, xtau nak buat ape ... Org lain sumer keje ... ;p

So I better explain further on the details in separate post, biar senang korang nak search ...

Borneo Trip Round 2: Bundle Updates

Oh my, bnyk giler bende belum settle ... I'm less than 24hrs from my flight !!! T'pakse buat bundle updates, sebab xsempat nak buat hapdet every now & then mcm last visit ...

48hrs Before Departure -
Went shopping for my essentials kat Mesra Mall, because I'm still working on Sunday ... Siap kan report, because I'll be away for a week ... Just cream cleanser dgn hand lotion je pun, then I got my weekly shot of Caramel Macchiato kat Starbucks because I have to drive back to Bangi ...
Then drive the longest journey from Kerteh to Bangi, brenti at every r&r along the highway for approximately an hour every stop ... Sebab mengantuk sgt, the night earlier ... I just drive back dr Bangi, crazy right ?? Sebab bnyk giler bende xsettle lagi, + my report xsiap ... So t'pakse balik Terengganu jugak, considering xnak susah kan org lain settle kan my report ...

36hrs Before Departure -
Picked up my bride's maid dress yg 5mins away from home jek, hehe ... Puas hati ?? Yes, just that ... Ade mis-communication sket ... Since Rico nyer staff ckp there's more beading, but actually it's done just like mase 2nd fitting ... But I lurve it oredy !!! I'll sure find Rico for coming events ...
Then we (me dgn adik cherry) went for baking shopping, all the flour & kotak2 yg perlu utk transport my heart melting cupcakes for my dear bestfriend - Puan Shazuwani & (bakal) Puan Anis ... (Bakal) Kakak ipar aku, & scandal aku kat kk tu ... Hahah, scandal la sgt ... Sebab dah janji kan, so kene bagi ... ~ imagine my angelic impression ~ ;p
Got call from 'Api Terbang' said the flight re-timed at 1910hrs, perasaan ?? Panas ati, die call adik aku kot ... Apsal xcall aku ?? Called my ex who suppose to be on the same flight, said yes - hade jek org FireFly called, flight kul 7.10pm ... They sent me email je ... Haish, apsal sumer suke 'assume' aku ni career women yg check email hari2 ... Tapi not fair kot, apsal org lain dorang call ... But I didn't get the call kan, naseb baik la adik aku will be in the same flight ...

32hrs Before Departure -
Posted on my fb, suruh my dear friends place order ... Either nak chocolates or carrot cupcakes ... They want both ahhh ?? Hahah, padan muke aku ... Cite2 tinggi sgt, nak settle sumer bende ... But one of them won't be around, so there'll be less boxes for adik cherry to carry ... Hahah ... Sebab tu la aku murah hati beli kan tiket die, supaye die boleh angkat barang aku ... :D

24hrs Before Departure -
I'm done with the 1st round baking, ade 3more important things to be done ... Another flavor of cuppies, & frosting ... & packing, haih ... Frosting sempat buat lagi tomorrow ... Wish me luck ladies ...

I better go now, adik cherry is getting bossy suruh settle those things ... & b!+c#ier dgn my little brother yg degil giler xnak blajar even tho PMR dah dekat giler ... ;p

Best Man's Outfit

Yang base tu, for the best man ... Yg b'kilat2 tu my dress ...

I just got back from Terengganu, then I figured ... Kene settle kan baju utk pengapit lelaki, sebab wedding in exactly 5weeks !!! Ecehhh, mcm aku pulak yg kawen !!! Hahahahahhaah ... I'm the bride's maid, that's my job ... Tolong ape yg patut ...

Baju pengapit lelaki xsettle lagi, sebab 1st candidate bailed out ... & rase nak lempang, sebab care decline the job tu mcm bikin panas ... Find reason supaye xbole attend kot ?? Kalau xnak, ckp jek la xbole since we open the suggestion kan ...

So, lucky for us ... The new best man ade in house tailor at work, so I just have to find the materials ... & passed it to him ... Tapi danak raye ni, takut xsempat ... Dgn org sebok nak balik kampung in few weeks time kan ... Hopefully, thing will work out just fine ...

Niat di hati, nak tgk2 jek kat Kajang dulu ... Kalau xpuas hati, nak pegi Jln TAR lagi esok ... Tapi standard ah, t'over excited jumpe crepe ... & t'pesona dgn SA yg baik, heheh ...

Mule2 I went up to Euro Moda, Metro Point ... Masuk2, SA die buat bodoh ... The 1st person approached me, tgh sapu sampah when I walk in ... She did show me some shiny2, ala2 crepe (dah lupe what type, sebab tgk bnyk sgt tadi) ... Tapi sgt mahal kot, rm132 /m ... Sgt suke, tapi sgt mahal ... Lupekan ...

So sementare tunggu respond from the bride & best man, t'ingat nak pegi MayaSilk kat sblh CIMB tu ... So I went there, walaupun sebok layan ade 1family tu test baju raye ... They still have time to entertain me, heheh ... Suke !!!

SA tu kluar kan segale jenis kain possible for baju melayu, dr satin yg b'kilat barat ... Sampai segale jenis cotton ... Then she adviced to take the crepe ... Sebab xpanas, & cantik ... I love it the most, sebab xsexy ... Hahah, risau sebab it's pastel ... Takut bole see thru, ;p ... Dengan sinaran cahaye yg xcukup, I agreed ... Skali sampai rumah, kaler lari sikit ... Heheh ...

Xpe la kan, pengapit jek kot ... Lebih pulak kau, xpayah la nak matching sgt kan ...

Heheh, xpayah la nak progress2 sgt ... Nanti dah siap baru post the picture ... Kalau xsiap, that's a different story ... Heheheheheheheheh ...
